Proposal Acceptance Terms

These Proposal Acceptance Terms explain what you agree to when you click "Confirm Proposal" on the MOSARAT platform. They apply in addition to, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions and Payment Terms.
1. Pricing
By confirming a Proposal, you accept the quoted pricing shown at the time of confirmation. As explained in our Terms & Conditions, quoted pricing is indicative until Booking is confirmed through payment, and may be subject to change if elements of the Proposal are unavailable, or due to currency, tax, or supplier pricing changes prior to payment.
2. Scope
By confirming a Proposal, you accept that MOSARAT's obligation is limited to arranging and coordinating the services expressly listed in that Proposal. Any service, activity, meal, transfer, or item not listed in the confirmed Proposal is not included, and any request to add services after confirmation may require a revised Proposal and additional payment.
3. Third Parties
By confirming a Proposal, you accept that elements delivered by hotels, airlines, transport providers, venues, universities, innovation hubs, and other Third-Party Providers and Partners are subject to those parties' own terms and conditions, and that MOSARAT is not responsible for their performance, as further explained in our Terms & Conditions.
4. Cancellation
By confirming a Proposal, you accept the Cancellation Policy set out in our Terms & Conditions, including the applicable refund windows, partial-refund tiers, and non-refundable portions described there.
5. What Happens Next
Confirming a Proposal does not, by itself, reserve pricing or availability. Your Program is only confirmed as a Booking once payment has been received in accordance with our Payment Terms. Questions before you confirm? Contact us at support@mosarat.com.
