Concierge & AI Terms

MOSARAT provides a human Concierge service, as well as automated and AI-assisted tools (including Quick Plan and AI itinerary generation), to help you design and plan your Program. These Concierge & AI Terms explain how to interpret the recommendations these tools and advisors provide, and form part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Advisory Nature of Concierge Recommendations
Concierge recommendations — whether provided by a member of our human Concierge team or generated through the Platform — are advisory in nature and are intended to help you plan your Program. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, immigration, investment, or academic advice, and should not be relied upon as such. For any decision with legal, financial, immigration, investment, or academic consequences, we encourage you to seek independent professional advice.
2. AI-Generated & Automated Recommendations
Some recommendations, itineraries, and pricing estimates on the Platform (including those produced through Quick Plan) are generated in whole or in part by automated or AI-assisted systems, based on the information you provide and data available to us. These recommendations are provided for your convenience and to accelerate planning — they should not be interpreted as guarantees of accuracy, availability, suitability, or outcome, and should not be treated as professional advice. All AI-generated Proposals remain subject to review, adjustment, and confirmation by MOSARAT and are governed by the Proposal Disclaimer and Pricing Disclaimer in our Terms & Conditions before they become a confirmed Booking.
3. Human Review
Where a Program is complex, high-value, or involves government delegations, our team reviews automated or AI-assisted outputs before they are presented to you as a confirmable Proposal. Even so, you remain responsible for reviewing the final Proposal and satisfying yourself that it meets your requirements before confirming and paying for a Booking.
4. No Outcome Guarantee
As set out in our Terms & Conditions, MOSARAT does not guarantee any business, educational, financial, employment, investment, networking, academic, or other outcome arising from following a Concierge or AI-generated recommendation.
5. Feedback & Corrections
If a recommendation appears inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable, please tell your Concierge advisor or contact us at support@mosarat.com so we can correct it and improve the Platform.
